The Counseling Hub Field Experience Program

You will receive personalized, on-site supervision from seasoned clinicians who are dedicated to your success. In addition to this, you will have access to additional consultation and mentorship from other experienced providers, offering you diverse perspectives and insights to help refine your skills.

Our bi-weekly group supervision sessions are designed to provide you with a variety of feedback from a skilled group of clinicians. These sessions will help ensure high-quality care for your clients while allowing you to connect with peers and exchange ideas for continued growth and development.

Stay in touch with the team and up-to-date on clinical and higher-level updates during our monthly meetings. These meetings serve as an important resource for keeping you informed about the latest industry trends, new treatment modalities, and updates within our organization.

We teach interns to integrate metrics into their clinical work. This ensures that all clients receive high-quality care while giving you valuable experience in data-driven approaches to therapy.

We’ve designed an ongoing onboarding process that is supportive, comprehensive, and geared towards helping you transition smoothly into your internship. You’ll be prepared and confident as you begin your journey with us.

We provide marketing opportunities so you can start emphasizing your skills and building your professional presence. This helps you expand your reach and gain confidence in promoting your work as a clinician.

Your growth matters to us. Throughout your internship, we will engage in a continuous evaluation process to provide constructive feedback and track your development. This ensures that you’re not only meeting academic requirements but also achieving your full potential as a clinician. You will also be expected to provide feedback and complete evaluations for your supervisor, ensuring that we are facilitating the growth for any of our approved supervisors.

We understand the importance of balancing your internship with academic commitments. Together, we’ll collaborate on a minimum number of hours of availability that will allow you to meet academic requirements while also gaining meaningful clinical experience.
