Online counseling for adults and couples
I work with adults and couples navigating relationship concerns, boundaries, and life transitions. We might talk about the argument that keeps coming up, a decision you've been putting off, or what you want your next chapter to look like.

You might be a good fit for me if you…
- Keep having the same arguments with your partner
- Struggle with trust, communication, or feeling close to someone
- Are dating, thinking about marriage, or unsure whether to stay or leave
- Have a hard time saying no or putting yourself first
- Keep finding yourself in the same relationship patterns and wonder why
- Have trouble bringing up difficult topics with your partner
- Have family conflict or struggle with family expectations
- Overthink everything or put too much pressure on yourself
- Struggle with confidence or second-guess your decisions
- Are figuring out your future, career, or next steps
- Have a hard time opening up or letting people get close
- Want to understand yourself better and build healthier relationships
What it's like to work with me
My counseling style is collaborative, warm and supportive, and gently challenging.
I see therapy as a space to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Our conversations will leave room for you to be honest without needing to have everything figured out.
I'm curious about the stories we tell ourselves and how our experiences shape the way we see ourselves and others. Together, we can explore where patterns come from and consider what you want to do differently. I'll listen, ask difficult questions, and offer other ways of looking at a situation.
I value understanding why a pattern developed as well as finding practical ways to approach it differently. We'll talk about your needs, what matters to you, and what feels right for your life.
Five things about me
I like making things, with music or with my hands.
I love music, singing, and songwriting, and I just got a guitar. I also enjoy painting, ceramics, and puzzles, anything that lets me create something new and work through a problem with my hands. I recently finished a mirror border made from glass chips and pom-poms. It took forever. It was worth it.
I make room for dancing and yoga.
I like having different ways to move, whether I'm dancing for fun or slowing down with yoga. There's a group called the Collective that offers free yoga. I'm not as advanced as some of the people there, but it's a fun way to be part of the community. Dancing is another way to breathe for me. I'll do it whenever, wherever.
Being near the water reminds me of home.
I'm happiest when I get to spend time near water or out in nature. I recently did a six-mile canoe trip as redemption for my first failed attempt last year. It felt like Mother Nature put on a show just for us. An eagle flew so close that I could count the feathers on its wings. I can't wait for the next trip.
I'm usually up for a little adrenaline.
I love a good thrill and an experience that gets me out of my usual routine. I'm the type to say yes to skydiving or the chance to swim with whales in the ocean. I'm also into race cars and motorcycles. I've been thinking about getting into rally racing. I'll get there when I get there.
I've learned to appreciate rest.
I enjoy slowing down and taking time for myself. It helps me clear my head when life gets busy, or when it isn't busy enough. I've come to appreciate rest as much as staying active and trying new things. Without it, I wouldn't be able to do the things I love. I've learned that the hard way a few times.
