Counseling is for everybody, but more often than not, folks still feel some sort of shame in reaching out. One of the reasons The Counseling Hub was founded was to diminish that sense of shame, to normalize the fact that all people struggle in some way during their lives, and to empower people to grow and heal in their own unique way.
The Counseling Hub is all about connecting, growing, and healing.
Five Fun Facts About Ivy
I'm a big nature person.There's something about being outdoors that instantly helps me relax and recharge. I love finding a scenic trail where I can walk, breathe in the fresh air, and clear my mind. Sometimes I'll even bring my homework or a book just to spend more time outside. Getting a little sunlight and movement always puts me in a better mood.
Traveling is one of my favorite things to do.
I love learning about new cultures through food, music, and everyday. One of the favorite trips so far has been to Spain because of its beautiful scenery and lively atmosphere. I enjoyed everything from the architecture to the local dishes. Traveling always inspires me to keep exploring and stay curious about the world.I've recently gotten into sewing.
It started as a small hobby, but I've completely fallen in love with it. For now, I focus on altering pieces, but I eventually plan on creating my own pieces. Sewing takes patience, but there's something really satisfying about seeing your hard work turn into a finished piece. It's become one of my favorite ways to unwind and be creative.I'm a big foodie who loves trying new places.
Exploring restaurants and cafes is one of my go-to activities when I want to treat myself. I'm always on the lookout for hidden gems or exciting menu items I haven't tried before. Whether it's a new coffee shop or a local food truck, I love the thrill of discovering something delicious. Good food and good company are my favorite combo.I love karaoke.
Singing has always been one of my favorite ways to have fun. While I can't necessarily do it well, that doesn't stop me from singing my heart out. Whether it's with friends or just me and my speaker at home, I'll sing like I'm on stage. Karaoke nights are some of my favorite memories because everyone gets to let loose and laugh together. It's the perfect mix of music, connection, and good vibes.

Ivy is currently a student at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She’s actively pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a marketing emphasis.
