What can you expect from teen counseling/therapy?

Great question! In our teen therapy sessions, we’ll focus on what matters to you. No forced topics, no lectures - just real conversations about the stuff that’s weighing you down or making life feel harder than it should. You’ll walk away with skills to manage the ups and downs of life, and a better understanding of how to handle things when they get rough.
